The 100 mq apartment is located on the first floor on a single level and is composed of a large kitchen that characterizes the entrance to the apartment, and then finds the living room composed of a sofa bed with two splendid windows with a view of the olive grove, three armchairs and a sideboard with Smart TV. We then find the first bathroom with shower tray and travertine tops and the first bedroom with double bed (which can become 2 single beds if necessary), 2-door wardrobe and dormouse furnish the room. Second bedroom also composed of a double bed, 1 large door wardrobe, private bathroom in the room with large shower and travertine sink top. From the windows you can see a wonderful panorama of the enchanting vineyards. Raw terracotta floor. It can accommodate 4/5 persons.

The apartment is finely renovated and furnished in Tuscan style.

The bathroom is equipped with all sanitary fixtures and a shower cabin.

NOTES and other information:

The double bed can be divided into two single beds. The mattress measures 90x200 cm and the double bed measures 180x200 cm. The double bed is supplied with a "topper" (if the bed is requested divided, the topper will not be available).
For stays longer than 7 days, a cleaning shift of apartment and linen change is included in the rate and must be agreed with the Reception.
Pets are always welcome but it is necessary to communicate it at the time of booking.

General Conditions for the Stay

  • Apartment delivery: From 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm on the day of arrival
  • Apartment release: By 10.00 am on the day of departure
