The apartment is located on the ground floor and is on two levels: entrance with large living room and kitchenette. Going up 2 steps we find the sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed (with the possibility of creating two single beds) and a 2-door wardrobe, in the second bedroom we find a French double bed (140x190 cm) with a small open built-in wardrobe. On the same floor we have the bathroom. The apartment can accommodate 3/4 persons.

The apartment is finely renovated and furnished in Tuscan style.

The bathroom is equipped with all sanitary fixtures and a shower cabin.

The Apartment has:

  • Air conditioning/air conditioning with hot/cold heat pump
  • Kitchen complete with dishes, induction burners, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee machine / kettle, Moka, Smart TV etc. (see complete equipment)

NOTES and other information:

The double bed can be divided into two single beds. The mattress measures 90x200 cm and the double bed measures 180x200 cm. The double bed is supplied with a "topper" (if the bed is requested divided, the topper will not be available). In the second bedroom there is a single "French" bed measuring 140x190 cm and not divisible.
For stays longer than 7 days, a cleaning shift of apartment and linen change is included in the rate and must be agreed with the Reception.
Pets are always welcome but it is necessary to communicate it at the time of booking.

General Conditions for the Stay

  • Apartment delivery: From 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm on the day of arrival
  • Apartment release: By 10.00 am on the day of departure

  • Apartment cleaning: At every change of household
  • Services included: Midweek cleaning costs are included in the price of the apartment for stays over 7 days (date to be agreed upon at Check-in), Hot/cold air conditioning, water and electricity, car parking
