Wine Chianti Classico D.O.C.G: Intense ruby red color, on the nose it is characterized by spicy and fruity hints of morello cherry. On the palate it is fresh, dry with well-balanced tannins and a good tasting persistence.

Wine Chianti Classico Biological agriculture

  • VINIFICATION AND AGING
  • Careful selection of grapes.
  • Maceration without stems at a controlled temperature (28°C) for 15 days in stainless steel tanks.
  • Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by maturation in 10hl and 20 hl French and Slavonian oak barrels, for a minimum period of 12 months.
  • Blending of the wine in concrete tanks.
  • Bottling with very extensive filtration and then refinement in the bottle for at least six months.

  • Grapes: 95% Sangiovese 5% Ciliegiolo
  • Vineyard: various company plots - Monti in Chianti
  • Vineyard surface area: 4,5 ha
  • Average age of plants: 12 years
  • Soil: clayey and rich in stone
  • Planting density: 5000 vines/ha
  • Average yield per vine: 1,5 kg/plant
  • Average altitude: 370 m above sea level.
  • Exposure: Various exposures with a prevalence of South/South West
  • Alcohol content: 13,8 %
