Wine Chianti Classico D.O.C.G
Wine Chianti Classico D.O.C.G: Intense ruby red color, on the nose it is characterized by spicy and fruity hints of morello cherry. On the palate it is fresh, dry with well-balanced tannins and a good tasting persistence.
- VINIFICATION AND AGING
- Careful selection of grapes.
- Maceration without stems at a controlled temperature (28°C) for 15 days in stainless steel tanks.
- Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by maturation in 10hl and 20 hl French and Slavonian oak barrels, for a minimum period of 12 months.
- Blending of the wine in concrete tanks.
- Bottling with very extensive filtration and then refinement in the bottle for at least six months.

- Grapes: 95% Sangiovese 5% Ciliegiolo
- Vineyard: various company plots - Monti in Chianti
- Vineyard surface area: 4,5 ha
