- VINIFICATION AND AGING
- Careful selection of grapes.
- Maceration without stems at a controlled temperature (28°C) for 12 days in stainless steel tanks.
- Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks for a period of 6 months.
- Blending of the wine in stainless steel tanks. Bottling with very extensive filtration and then refinement in the bottle for at least three months.
