Colore rosso rubino con riflessi violacei, si caratterizza per un profumo fruttato e vinoso. Sapido in bocca, media struttura, moderatamente tannico. Giovane Vino di facile bevuta!

Biological agriculture

  • VINIFICATION AND AGING
  • Careful selection of grapes.
  • Maceration without stems at a controlled temperature (28°C) for 12 days in stainless steel tanks.
  • Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks for a period of 6 months.
  • Blending of the wine in stainless steel tanks. Bottling with very extensive filtration and then refinement in the bottle for at least three months.
