Wine Nebbiano I.G.T: Our 100% Sangiovese from the Nebbiano vineyard in Monti in Chianti, intense ruby red color, is characterized by a delicate aroma of cherry and cloves. In the mouth it is savory with a good structure, with soft and balanced tannins. Good aromatic and taste persistence.

Biological agriculture

  • VINIFICATION AND AGING
  • Careful selection of grapes.
  • Maceration without stems at a controlled temperature (28°C) for 14 days in stainless steel tanks.
  • Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, followed by maturation concrete tanks and part in used oak barrels for a period of 18 months.
  • Blending of the wine in stainless steel tanks.
  • Bottling with very extensive filtration and then refinement in the bottle for at least three months.
