Wine Salassorosa I.G.T. Tuscan Rose
Cherry pink in colour, it has delicate aromas of rose and small red fruits. In the mouth it is soft, balanced supported by a very light acid note which gives it freshness and taste persistence
- VINIFICATION AND AGING
- Careful selection of grapes.
- Destemming of the bunches and brief maceration for approximately 12 hours.
- Separation of the must from the grape skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature (16/18°C) in stainless steel tanks.
- Racking at the end of fermentation and remaining on the fine lees for 6 months. Light clarification with bentonite and bottling with very large filtration.
- Bottle aging for at least three months.
