  • VINIFICATION AND AGING
  • Natural drying of the selected grapes on racks for 4 months.
  • Pressing and cold static defecation of the must.
  • Fermentation and maturation in barrels for at least 5 years.
  • Blending of the wine in stainless steel tank.
  • Bottling with very extensive filtration and then refinement in the bottle for at least six months.
