- Natural drying of the selected grapes on racks for 4 months.
- Pressing and cold static defecation of the must.
- Fermentation and maturation in barrels for at least 5 years.
- Blending of the wine in stainless steel tank.
- Bottling with very extensive filtration and then refinement in the bottle for at least six months.
